No argument is selected
Both readings are open.
Blue is reserved for water described in a source (to be checked), so there is no blue line on this stretch. Choose an argument above: you will see what it checks, whether it tells A from B and what it lacks.
Source: no material selected · Date: — · Limitation: without an argument there is nothing to assess.
Argument 1 · Walk description
It does not tell A from B.
A · beneath the roadwayfits the description, but the description gives no axis
B · corridorfits the description
What the source says. According to the description carried over from V2, Towarowa and Okopowa form a stretch of the walk along the former Drna channel. This points to a corridor of streets, not to the axis, width or banks of the channel.
On site. Note separately what the text says and what you see yourself.
Source: Museum of Warsaw, “Niech płynie Drna!” [Let the Drna flow!] · Date: event in May 2022; publication date of the description to be checked · Limitation: a description of the route, not a plan with the axis marked; the content needs to be checked again in the source.
Argument 2 · Roadway and kerbs today
It does not tell A from B.
A · beneath the roadwayis not evidence
B · corridoris not evidence
What the source says. Nothing: this is not a source about the river. The edge of the asphalt belongs to today’s street network and does not say where the water flowed. Fitting the channel to the roadway would be an assumption, not evidence.
On site. Record the shape of the ground as an observation, not as a trace of the Drna.
Source: the reader’s own observation · Date: day of the visit · Limitation: the look of a street is not a source on former hydrography.
Argument 3 · Manholes and sewers
It does not tell A from B.
A · beneath the roadwayis not evidence
B · corridoris not evidence
What the source says. Nothing about the river. Covers and gullies are modern infrastructure. Not every gutter or wet hollow is a trace of the Drna, and a sewer under a street is not the same as a river.
On site. An observation from the pavement is enough. Do not open covers and do not step onto the roadway.
Source: own observation; no plan of the sewer network was supplied · Date: day of the visit · Limitation: without a network document a sewer cannot be told from a trace of the river.
Argument 4 · The open channel in Park Fosa
It does not tell A from B: this is a different place.
A · beneath the roadwayconcerns a different place
B · corridorconcerns a different place
What the source says. According to the description carried over from V2 (to be checked in the source), the museum describes a preserved open stretch of the Drna by the Citadel. It shows that water is visible there, but it does not say where the channel lay on Towarowa and Okopowa. The blue wave in the box in the drawing is an inset about a different place, not water in this frame.
On site. Observe the bank from an accessible path. This page does not assess the accessibility or safety of the site.

Argument 5 · A former plan with control points
It could tell them apart, but it is not in the material.
A · beneath the roadwayno material: open
B · corridorno material: open
What the source says. Nothing, because no plan was supplied. Overlaying a plan requires control points recognisable both on the plan and today, and a statement of how far they disagree. The empty box in the drawing stays empty. See the model trial (an example, not data about the Drna).
On site. For every plan you find, note its scale and date; without them there is nothing to overlay.
Source: none · Date: none (this is neither a year zero nor a “latest” date) · Limitation: no plan has been supplied or reconstructed here.
